For some people their desire to help is bigger than their capacity to help.
They want to be of service and generous with their time and effort but they overextend and don’t have the resources to back it up.
Whilst this comes from a place of great love it can prove problematic as the helper burns out trying to fulfill all the promises and those promised favours can get fed up waiting.
Sometimes saying no is the best way to help everyone.
