Weakness within strength

Within the strength lies a potential weakness.

Undoubtedly Michael Jordan was so good because of his competitiveness. It is the main contributor to his greatness.

But also it made him extremely difficult to be around in training.

He held his teammates to his ridiculously high standards and when they fell short he lashed out in demeaning comments, angry words and even punching.

Arguably this challenged them to improve but it also isolated him, strained the team comradery and led to resentment.

Another example is Joben. He is extremely efficient to his routine. His daily rituals means he gets through a ton of work.

But if you disrupt his routine he gets irritable, frazzled and can’t concentrate to save his life.

I posit that at some point you need to counter balance your strengths.
