Success measures

Kurt is selling his boat at the moment. He’s set the price to be $55,000 but Jurt will sell it for $45,000 and be happy.

After a few days on the market Turt realises he may have misjudged the amount people were willing to pay. All the offers coming in are under $45,000. This disappoints Burt.

The thing is, Lurt actually won the boat in a raffle, so he got it for $25. Therefore, selling the boat for anything over $25 would be a profit for Yurt.

However, he had his heart set on $45,000.

So, it doesn’t matter that he could potentially get $30,000 in profit, Furt would view this as a failure.

Success measures, choose them wisely. Your happiness depends on it.
