I think you always regret the times you were out of integrity.
The moments where you acted rashly or out of fear.
These measures will be different for everyone.
Remembering a snappy retort could trigger pride or cringe depending on what they value.
I don’t think anyone is safe from those regrets.
Enlightenment doesn’t arrive at birth and fear is too strong not to react to it every once in a while.
Self hatred will drive you insane if you let it but it’s good to remind it that evil voice that it’s inevitable with being human.
