Minimum wage training

I ate at a fast food restaurant recently and it wasn’t a good experience.

It was a comedy of errors to be honest.

The fear in the young girl’s eyes did not inspire confidence at all and she proceeded to make a ton of mistakes.

I don’t fancy going into all the errors they made but believe me there was a lot of them.

It got quite frustrating.

I was able to keep my cool but the guy after me lost the plot with her and stormed out.

The problem I reckon lies in the girl’s anxiety. I don’t think this girl was properly trained.

If she was she would’ve breezed through each customer and avoided all of the mistakes that were made.

Training is a tiny cost compared to the brand damage a bad experience can cause.
