In the Eddie Murphy episode of Jerry Seinfeld’s comedians in cars getting coffee there was an interesting insight into these two men’s mindsets.
Both comedians spoke of their admiration for each other’s confidence on stage and then literally moments later both performers confessed to being extremely nervous on stage.
It just goes to show that the image people project is not always indicative of their true feelings.
