The stream wants to get from point A (high ground) to point B (low ground).
Every now and then it meets a blockage but it doesn’t stay there long. It simply flows around it and finds another way to point B.
There’s a great metaphor here for problem solving.
The stream doesn’t stall at the obstacle, it doesn’t complain that there is an obstacle, it simply starts to find another way, immediately.
