Then for Sir Alex, it appeared that his dedication to meant missing out at home.
‘My Dad wasn’t around a lot’ was the line one of his son’s said.
It wasn’t spoken with any resentment, simply stated in a matter of fact way.
His Royal Airness and Sir Alex’s outrageous success is the envy of most but it came at a great cost, and I wonder, if they could do it all again would they do it differently?
