The first cartoon drawing is a boy running.
The second cartoon drawing is a dog running.
If we had to guess what was going on, it would be that the dog is chasing the boy.
Poor boy! It’s probably a savage dog too! I hope the dog doesn’t catch him.
But if the pictures were the other way around. If we saw the dog running out of shot and then the boy running out of shot.
We might think the boy has accidentally let go of the leash.
Silly boy! If the dog bites someone the boy will have to take responsibility.
The exact same 2 pictures, just in a different order, and we can project a very different story.
