There was a protest today. It disrupted my journey home from work. What happened was a large group of people with flags and signs stood in the middle of a busy junction causing enormous amounts of traffic. Now from a marketing point of view they certainly got everyone's attention but from a sentiment angle their cause attracted a … Continue reading Disruptive protest

Cancelling for opinions
I think when it comes to cancel culture by all means boycott those who committed heinous crimes. Lock away the paedophiles and rapists. Punish them for their indiscretions. Show them there are consequences for their actions. But for those who simply have different opinions, I don't think this is sufficient to cancel them. Bus from boredom
On public transport it appears that everyone just wants this part of their life over with.Nobody is really enjoying the time or soaking it in.They are elsewhere via their phones. The only ones that are truly here and now are the group of friends joking near the door. They're enjoying their time.

https://youtu.be/gF6K2IxC9O8 In the above YouTube clip Matt Damon talks about the increasing financial risk of making movies these days. I believe it's a sign of the times. I think it hints to fragmented media channels, audiences that are ever harder to reach and even harder to convince to part with their money. Now I believe … Continue reading Studio problem, your opportunity
John statue on Penny Lane

Should engage more
You should be engaging more! They're going to judge you to be grumpy and unsociable if you don't talk more! You should strike up a conversation with the person beside you. I think truly feeling secure in your own skin looks like hearing this nervous voice and not acting out of anxiety.
