The cost of failure
When the cost of failure is millions of dollars then I would highly recommend taking your time with that decision. But when the cost of failure is people might think you're a bit weird then fail often, fail fast and fail regularly. Peripheral Specialist
When Sir Clive Woodward asked a peripheral vision specialist to come in and talk to the England rugby team I bet there was a few raised eyebrows, a few sideways glances and few comments behind his back along the lines of: 'Has this lad gone mad?' Healthy competitiveness
I think not all competitive spirits are created equal. I think a competitive spirit is healthy when the individual is eager to see how far they can go and relishes the challenge. I think a competitive spirit is unhealthy when the individual transforms into a mean person who passive aggressively attacks and throw cheap snide … Continue reading Healthy competitiveness
Following simple
I think it's a duty of leadership to simplify the message. After all, how can anyone follow you when they don't understand your values or which direction is a priority? For example we have the unifying objective approach with lots of little goals to help us achieve the overarching goal. My goal for this group … Continue reading Following simple

Then all of a sudden one friend breaks the norm and scores 80 points on their turn. Now, is it a coincidence that all the scores after this … Continue reading Shattered glass ceiling
