Nobody seems to share my hatred of this trait. I seem to be alone in getting triggered by this behaviour. It probably says more about me than them but shut up, stop analysing me and get on my level! Lol

What is this meeting for? I think too few teams ask this question. If it's for the CEO to check that everyone is keeping busy then let's be honest about it. Otherwise it makes for confusing meetings riddled with sub text and hidden agendas that waste everyone's time.
